PROPOSED DEVELOPMENT PROJECTS FOR EASTERN TENNNESSE

JustBeGreen World News has the exclusive, on all press releases for each of the JBG projects.

All the individual JBG -based websites/entities, are all structured at arm’s length from one another JBGVA has seventeen destination creator footprint components, within its conceptual plan to be in Morgan County Tn.

Each for-profit project will have their own individual Advisory Board Members, Officers, to include key personnel and their individual SEC compliant funding documents. Each of these multi segmented entities’ evolutions, will all grow organically, at one time under reasonable terms and conditions.

As we develop all JustBeGreen Villages America proposed projects in Morgan County, it is projected to take 10 to 12 years for a total build out. This will require lots of infrastructure, environmental and economic impact studies, which all takes time.

Meanwhile…

While waiting for all the above to fall into place, JGVA will be adding similar, smaller micro segmented projects, to include surrounding counties in Eastern Tennessee All elements are working via a steady control growth platforms.

JustBeGreen Villages America, LLC is announcing the joint venture between Cherokee Path and Cherokee Path Warrior Sanctuary, Inc, which are both nonprofit related Veterans project.

Announcing the Joint Venture between JustBeGreen Academy and JustBeGreen Farms, Inc. which are both non-profit.. educational and assorted agro/aquaponics production facilites, which will grow Burundi fish and high-quality produce.

These two entities are also joint venturing with a non-profit entity called Cherokee Path Warrior Sanctuary, and Con Thein Veterans Memorial, inc.

All four of these entities working together who are in support of JustBeGreen Villages America, LLC agendas. All components are working together at one time under reasonable terms and conditions.

JBGVA’s intent is to develop multi segmented, agriculturally based economic drivers, within each site location, as we move forward. JBGV will be adding similar nonprofit and for profit / veteran projects in surrounding counties in Eastern Tennessee. Each project will be defined as a standalone business model, and will be funded via SEC compliant funding documents, which will all be supported by outside independent auditors.

Cause and Effects

The sum cause and effects will help create approximately 6,000 plus jobs, over a 10-12 year build out in Eastern Tennessee.

Each of JBG’s collective projects, will mirror the intent of JustBeGreen Villages America’s agendas. All the above will help create multiple, regional agro/aquaponics based development platforms, which will help create the much-needed tax revenues for each county who are associated.

This is vital to the overall success that many county governments now face in todays local economies. This platform will provide much welcomed opportunities for various age groups across their communites. Specifically this platform which has a moral responsibility to pass along to future generations, for all of their individual constituents that live in rual community settings.

Each of the segmented projects will create green jobs, to include assorted educational opportunities, which will the benefit regional and local Veterans and local school systems. Most importantly it will help to create economic hope, for current and future generations of kids, in Eastern Tennessee.

JBG Villages America Brand is looking for people who have great gifts to give to their individual communities. This Project is bigger in scope and depth than anyone individual or competing corporations. Our bottom line is to unite all our collective efforts. JBGV is about creating a shared vision of what can be and will be as we all contribute to the creation of a series of shared visions. The cause and effects will help create “true reciprocity” for all who are associated, short and long term.
